SPFC Website Redesign – UX/UI Concept Project
In 2024, I developed a redesign concept for the official website of São Paulo Futebol Clube, one of Brazil’s most historic and beloved football teams. The objective was to modernize the digital experience, honoring the club’s legacy while enhancing usability for fans in Brazil and around the world.
Narrative and Purpose
The SPFC fanbase is passionate, loyal, and deeply connected to the club’s history. The redesign was built around this emotional core — creating a platform that feels like home for supporters, while also functioning as a dynamic hub for news, match updates, player stats, and ticketing.
Visual Concept
The visual identity of the project draws inspiration from the club’s iconic colors and symbolism:
A bold palette, with red, black, and white used strategically to emphasize hierarchy and rhythm across the site.
Clean, modern typography, combining clarity with strength — much like the team’s identity.
Modular layout, allowing for flexible content updates, matchday highlights, and responsive navigation across devices.
Key Features
A homepage with real-time updates on scores, next matches, and featured news.
A redesigned player profile section, highlighting stats, career milestones, and exclusive content.
A dedicated fan zone, including wallpapers, chants, and behind-the-scenes material.
Simplified ticket purchasing flow, integrated with match calendars and stadium maps.
Fully responsive experience tailored for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Outcome
Though compact in scope, this project envisions a digital space that is more than just a website — it’s a gateway to the SPFC universe.
With a balance of tradition and innovation, the redesign aims to bring fans closer to the club, wherever they are, and strengthen the bond between digital interaction and real-world passion.
